Ketentuan Pendaftaran TK Tartila

  1. Setiap calon siswa wajib mengisi Form pendaftaran dengan lengkap
  2. Melenkapi Dokumen pendukung sebagai persyaratan pendaftaran, sbb :
    • Foto Copy Kartu keluarga
    • Pas Photo terbaru Anak 3x4 (2 lembar)
  3. Mengupload bukti pembayaran Formulir sesuai nominal yg ditentukan
  4. Mematuhi syarat dan ketentuan yg ditetapkan
  5. Melunasi biaya pendidikan yang ditetapkan
